| 摘 要： | 中药在治疗疾病产生疗效的同时,其毒性问题也不容忽视,部分中药的不合理使用,导致肾脏等器官损害.中药肾毒性的问题也逐渐引起国内外学者的广泛关注.笔者通过总结中药产生肾毒性的原因及作用机制、肾毒性的常用评价方法、降低中药肾毒性的策略等,以期能较为全面地了解中药的肾毒性,防止临床肾毒性不良反应的发生.

| Abstract: | While traditional Chinese medicine has curative effect in the treatment of diseases, its toxic effect can not be ignored, especially the nephrotoxicity of traditional Chinese medicine can not be underestimated. This review mainly summarizes the causes and mechanism of nephrotoxicity of traditional Chinese medicine, common evaluation methods of nephrotoxicity and strategies to reduce nephrotoxicity, in order to comprehensively understand the nephrotoxicity of traditional Chinese medicine and prevent the occurrence of clinical nephrotoxic adverse reactions. |
