| 摘 要： | 臭牡丹Clerodendrum bungei Steud.为马鞭草科大青属植物臭牡丹全草, 为民间常用中草药, 具有消肿解毒、活血散瘀之功效。通过对臭牡丹化学成分、药理作用及临床应用进行文献综述，总结出臭牡丹中含有苯乙醇苷类、萜类、甾醇类等多类化学成分; 作用广泛，具有抗肿瘤、镇痛、抑菌及抗炎等诸多药理作用；临床上具有治疗荨麻疹、癌症及改善月经不调等作用。为臭牡丹的深入研究和开发利用提供参考。

| Abstract: | Clerodendrum bungei Steud. is a plant of verbenaceae family, which is commonly used as folk herbal medicine. It has the effect of promoting blood circulation, disperses blood stasis, detoxification and detoxification. In this paper, the chemical constituents, pharmacological action and clinical application of Clerodendrum bungei Steud. were reviewed. It was concluded that Clerodendrum bungei Steud. contains phenylethanol glycosides, terpenoids, sterols and other chemical constituents. Clerodendrum bungei Steud. has a wide range of pharmacological effects, such as anti-tumor, analgesic, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory. Its clinical treatment of urticaria, cancer and improve menstrual irregularities. It provides reference for further research, development and utilization of Clerodendrum bungei Steud.. |
