上气道咳嗽综合征中医证治探讨

上气道咳嗽综合征(咳嗽、咳痰、鼻塞、咽痒、鼻后滴流感、频繁清嗓、咽后黏液附着)有明显的病位(鼻、咽喉)特征,认为本病虽有鼻源性、咽喉源性不同病因,却有风痰留伏、咽喉不利、肺气上逆的共性病机,提出疏风宣肺、化痰利咽是其基本治法,介绍了本病依据鼻、咽喉不同兼证的证治方法.
