莲子心及Nef对实验性糖尿病及肥胖大鼠模型的影响

摘    要:目的观察莲子心及甲基莲心碱(neferine,Nef)对链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)和高糖高脂制作的大鼠糖尿病及肥胖模型的影响,并与二甲双胍(metformin,Met)作对照.方法 STZ(30 mg/kg)一次性ip后给予高糖高脂饮食8周造模,莲子心乙醇提取物500 mg(生药)/kg、Nef 10 mg/kg灌胃给药1个月.结果 Nef用药后空腹血糖(FBG)显著低于给药前及模型组(P<0.01),与Met组相当,莲子心空腹血糖(FBG)低于模型组(P<0.05);莲子心的总胆固醇(TCHO)、甘油三脂(TG)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)显著低于模型组(P<0.05,P<0.01),而Nef的TCHO、TG显著低于模型组(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论提示莲子心及Nef对实验性糖尿病及肥胖大鼠有一定的降低血糖及调节血脂作用.

Effect of Plumula Nelumbinis Nuciferae and Neferine on Models of Experimental Diabetes and Obesity

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Plumula Nelumbinis Nuciferae and neferine on models of experimental diabetes and obesity made with streptozotocin (STZ) and high carbohydrate and lipid, compared with the effect of metformin. METHOD Using STZ (30 mg/kg, ip) followed by high carbohydrate and lipid food for 8 weeks, the models were made, and the extract of Plumula Nelumbinis Nuciferae (500 mg, crude drug) and neferine (10 mg/kg) were given for a month. RESULT After Plumula Nelumbinis Nuciferae and neferine were given, the fasting blood sugar was markedly lower than those in the model group ( P <0.05). The contents of TCHO, TG and LDL-C of Plumula Nelumbinis Nuciferae were markedly lower than those in the model group ( P <0.05, P <0.01). The contents of TCHO and TG of neferine were markedly lower than those in the control group ( P <0.05, P <0.01). CONCLUSION Plumula Nelumbinis Nuciferae and neferine have certain effect in reducing blood sugar and regulating blood lipid of experimental diabetes and obesity.
