| 斜扳法配合平衡针治疗急性腰扭伤的疗效观察 |

| 摘 要： | 目的 观察斜扳法配合平衡针治疗急性腰扭伤的临床疗效.方法 将61例急性腰扭伤患者随机分为观察组(31例)和对照组(30例),观察组患者同时予以斜扳法和平衡针治疗;对照组单纯予以斜扳法治疗.对2组患者治疗后疗效进行比较.结果 治疗组治愈19例,好转9例,有效率90.3%;对照组治愈11例,好转7例,有效率60%.2组间比较,P<0.01.结论 采用斜扳法配合平衡针治疗急性腰扭伤较单纯用斜扳法治疗疗效好.
