| 摘 要： | 目的 对针灸治疗中风后吞咽困难的临床研究文献进行统计分析,为临床选穴与合理组穴提供依据.方法 收集近10年来针灸治疗中风后假性球麻痹所致的吞咽困难的临床文献,对选用的腧穴种类、归经及使用频次进行统计分析.结果 针灸治疗假性球麻痹所致的吞咽困难为主的文献共230篇,共使用124个穴位,总频次为1 812次,十四经穴109个,总频次1 532次,占85%;经外奇穴280次,占15%.其中出现频率占10%以上的经穴16个,阳经穴8个,阴经穴6个,经外奇穴2个.结论 针灸治疗假性球麻痹所致的吞咽困难宜分部位加辨证取穴.
