| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨罗布麻叶无机元素的动态变化.方法 采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法和微波消解一原子荧光光谱法测定不同采收时间罗布麻叶中无机元素含量,用SPSS11.5对数据进行相关性分析.结果 共检测了23种无机元素,不同生长期罗布麻叶中无机元素积累具有一定规律.结论 罗布麻叶中重金属积累曲线最小峰值与传统采收期基本一致,为确定罗布麻叶的最佳采收期提供依据.

| Abstract: | OBJECITIVE To explore into the dynamic changes of the inorganic elements in Folium Apocyni Veneti.METHOD Ion emission spectrometry and microwave digestion and atomic fluorescence spectrometry were used to determine the content of inorganic elements in Folium Apocyni Veneti collected at different time.SPSS 11.5 was used in the data analysis.RESULT Altogether 23 kinds of inorganic elements were detected,and the accumulation of inorganic elements grown at different periods assumed certain regularity.CONCLUSION... |
