| 摘 要： | 目的 观察中西医结合治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的疗效。方法 应用黄芪注射液 ,生脉注射液联合他巴唑治疗甲状腺功能亢进症 (简称甲亢 ) 5 2例 ,同时与单纯使用他巴唑作对照观察。结果 治疗组用药后不仅防止和纠正了他巴唑引起的白细胞减少 ,同时显著改善了临床症状 ,缩短了疗程 ,其总有效率为 94 .2 3% ,与他巴唑组比较有显著性差异P <0 .0 1。结论 中西医结合治疗甲亢有效

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of the combination of Chinese medicine with western medicine on the treatment of hyperthyroidism. METHOD Radix Astragali seu Hedysari Injection, Shenmai Injection and methimazole were used to treat 52 cases of hyperthyroidism, compared with a control group treated only with methimazole. RESULT In the treatment group, leucopoenia induced by methimazole was rectified, the clinical symptoms were relieved and the courses of treatment were shortened, with a total effective rate of 94.23%, and with marked difference from the methimazole group (P<0.01). CONCLUSION The combination of Chinese medicine with western medicine is effective in treating hyperthyroidism. |
