痤疮灵颗粒治疗寻常痤疮的临床研究

目的 观察痤疮灵颗粒治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效.方法 将寻常痤疮患者63例随机分为2组,治疗组42例用痤疮灵颗粒,对照组2l例用螺内脂.结果 治疗组愈显率为47.62%,总有效率为85.72%.对照组愈显率为23.8%,总有效率为81.0%.2组比较,治疗愈显率高于对照组,但无统计学差异(P>0.5).2组治疗后的痤疮患者病情评分有所降低,P<0.05,但组间比无统计学差异(P>0.05).治疗组轻度痤疮的总有效率为100%,中度痤疮的总有效率为85%,重度痤疮的总有效率为25%.轻度和中度痤疮的总有效率明显高于重度痤疮,其差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 痤疮灵颗粒对寻常痤疮有确实的疗效,其机理在于调节体内性激素水平,抑制皮脂腺分泌,同时具有广谱抗菌消炎的作用.

A Clinical Study on Treatment of Common Acne with Cuochuangling Granule

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Cuochuangling Granule in the treatment of common acne.METHOD Sixty-three patients were randomly divided into two groups. The 42 patients in the treatment group were treated with Cuochuangling Granule and the 21 patients in the control group were treated with Aldactone.RESULT The cure rate and effective rate in the treatment group were 47.62% and 85.72%, while these figures were 23.7% and 81.0%. No statistically significant differences were found in these figures (P >0.05). The total effective rates obtained among those with mild and moderate acne were 100% and 85% respectively while this was only 25% among those with severe acne, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION Cuochuangling Granule has definite effect in the treatment of common acne, the mechanism of which ties in its regulating sex hormone level, inhibiting secretion of sebaceous gland and having broad spectrum antibiotic effect.
