穴贴定喘膏的平喘作用研究

目的：探讨穴贴定喘膏的平喘作用。方法：用组胺，卵蛋白造成豚鼠哮喘和用组胺造成豚鼠支气管平滑肌痉挛等方法，测定哮喘潜伏期，肺溢流量和肺灌洗液中嗜酸性白细胞，以观察穴贴定喘膏的作用。结果：穴帖定喘膏外用能对抗组胺引发的豚鼠哮喘和卵蛋白引发的过敏性豚鼠哮喘，能延长哮喘潜伏期，降低过敏性哮喘豚鼠肺灌洗液中嗜酸性白细胞数，同时，也能缓解组胺引起的豚鼠支气管平滑肌的收缩。结论：穴贴定喘膏具有平喘作用。

Antiasthmatic Effect of Xuetie Dingchuan Plaster

OBJECTIVE To investigate into the antiasthmatic effect of Xuetie Dingchuan Plaster. METHOD Histamine and egg albumin were used to induce asthma in the guinea pigs and histamine was used to cause spasm of the smooth muscle of the bronchus of the guinea pigs, so as to determine the incubation period of asthma, pulmonary flow and acidophilic leukocytes in the lung lavage solution. RESULT This plaster could antagonize the asthma in guinea pigs induced by histamine and the allergic asthma in guinea pigs induced by egg albumin, prolong the incubation period, reduce the number of acidophilic leukocytes in the lung lavage solution in the guinea pigs with allergic asthma, and reduce the smooth muscle contraction in the guinea pigs caused by histamine. CONCLUSION Xuetie Dingchuan Plaster has antiasthmatic effect.
