| 摘 要： | 目的观察归芎药对不同配比、不同提取方法对小鼠离体子宫平滑肌收缩活动的影响,并探讨当归与川芎的配对组合规律。方法采用3种方法分别提取7个不同配比的归芎药对;应用小鼠离体子宫收缩模型评价它们对小鼠离体子宫收缩活动的影响。结果50%醇提、先水提再醇提方法和当归-川芎(1.5∶1、1∶1)配比药对对小鼠离体子宫收缩活动的影响较为显著。结论不同配比、不同提取方法的归芎药对对小鼠离体子宫平滑肌收缩效应的影响强度不同,其产生作用变化的物质基础有待进一步的研究。
