| 摘 要： | 目的 考察了广东石豆兰各个提取部位的体外抗肿瘤活性，旨在寻找广东石豆兰的活性部位及作用机制。方法 以体外培养的人宫颈癌细胞(Hela)为模型，利用MTT快速比色法，5-FU为阳性对照。结果 广东石豆兰的乙酸乙酯和正丁醇部位具有一定的杀伤肿瘤细胞的作用。结论 广东石豆兰的细胞毒活性物质主要存在于乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To observe the anti-tumor activity of different parts of Bulbophyllum Kwangtungense so as to look for the active part and the mechanism. METHOD With the in vitro cultivated human cervical carcinoma cell (Hela) as the model, MTT colorimetric method was used with 5-FU as the positive control. RESULT The acetic ether and butyl alcohol in Bulbophyllum Kwangtungense have anti-tumor effect. CONCLUSION The active anti-tumor components in Bulbophyllum Kwangtungense were acetic ether and butyl alcohol. |
