无机微滤膜澄清枳实水煎液的工艺研究

摘    要:目的 研究微滤法澄清枳实水煎液的工艺民醇沉法作对比。方法 采用HPLC法测定有效成分,通过选择适宜的清洗剂清洗膜。结果 微滤法处理的枳实水煎液除杂率及辛弗林得率与醇沉法相接近,微滤法操作简单、周期短,膜的清洗方便。结论 微滤法可替代传统的醇沉法澄清枳实水煎液。

Technique of Clarification of Decoction of Fructus Aurantü Immaturus with Inorganic Microfltration Membrane

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate into the technique of clarifying the decoction of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus with microfiltration method, and compare this method with alcohol sedimentation method. METHOD HPLC method was employed to determine the effective com- ponents, and the membrane was cleaned with suitable abluent. RESULT. The residue removal rate and neosynephrine-obtaining rate were similar with the two methods, but microfiltration method is simple in operation and connvenient in clearance with shorter periods. CONCLU- SION Microfiltration method can replace the traditional alcohol sedimentation method in clarifying the decoction of Fructus Aurantii Immatu- rus.
