| 摘 要： | 目的 了解星状神经节阻滞术联合中药治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效.方法 80例围绝经期综合征患者随机分为2组,每组40例.试验组以联合应用星状神经节阻滞术及中药治疗,对照组单纯应用星状神经节阻滞术治疗,疗程4周.于治疗前后分别进行Kupperman评分及访谈评估疗效,比较2组间差异并进行分析.结果 2种方法在治疗围绝经期综合征上皆有较好疗效,但试验组在改善Kupperman评分上优于对照组,P |
