电针内关和蓝斑区注射P物质对心肌缺血兔血浆内皮素含量的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨急性心肌缺血时电针内关穴和蓝斑区P物质对血浆内支皮素的影响,方法:以血浆内皮素为指标,在冠脉结扎的心肌缺血运行模型上观察电针内关和蓝斑区注射P物质及其拮抗对急性心肌因恢复过程的影响,结果:电针内关穴和P物质入蓝斑区能够抑制急性心肌缺血后血浆内皮素量的异常增高,但二者没有协同作用,蓝斑区注射P物质拮抗剂则有对抗电针内关阴止血浆内皮素含量增高的作用,结论:血浆内皮素含量降低可能是电针内上进急性心缺血损伤后恢复的机理之一,P物质在内关与心脏相关联系途径中可能有一定的作用。

Effect of Electrical Acupuncture at Neiguan and Injection of P Matter at Locus Ceruleus Area on Plasm Endothelins of Rabbits with Myocardial Ischemia

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate into the effect of electrical acupuncture at Neiguan and the injection of P matter at locus ceruleus area on plasma endothelins of rabbits with acute myocardial ischemia. METHOD With plasma endothelins as the index, observations were made on animal models with myocardial ischemia caused by ligation of coronary arteries to detect the effect of electrical acupuncture at Neiguan and injection of P matter and its antagonist at locus ceruleus area on the recovery process of acute myocardial ischemia. RESULT Electrical acupuncture at Neiguan and injection of P matter at locus ceruleus area could inhibit the abnormal increase of plasma endothelins after the occurrence of acute myocardial ischemia, but the two methods did not have the synergic effect. The injection of the antagonist of P matter at locus ceruleus area has the antagonizing effect against the effect of electrical acupuncture in preventing the increase of the content of plasma endothelins. CONCLUSION The decrease of plasma endothelins may be one of the mechanisms of the recovery of acute myocardial ischemia by electrical acupuncture at Neiguan. P matter may play a role in the correlation between Neiguan and the heart.
