健康信念模式对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者自我护理能力的影响

目的：探讨健康信念模式对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulminary disease，COPD）患者自我护理能力的影响。方法：将60例老年COPD患者随机分为研究组和对照组，每组患者均30例，研究组应用以健康信念模式为理论框架的健康教育，对照组患者接受传统的健康教育方法，采用自我护理能力量表评估2组患者的自我护理能力、自我护理技能、自护责任感、自我概念、健康知识水平的变化。结果：研究组患者应用健康信念模式后，自我护理能力、自我护理技能、自护责任感、健康知识水平等方面得分明显高于对照组。结论：健康信念模式是指导老年COPD患者改变健康行为的重要理论模式，能够显著提高老年COPD患者自我护理的能力，从而改善患者的生活质量。

Effect of Health Belief Model on the Self-care Ability of Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective： To discuss the clinical effects of health belief model on self-care ability of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （ COPD ）. Method： A total of 60 patients with COPD were divided into interventional and control groups, 30 patients in each group. Interventional group patients were treated with the health belief model, the control group patients with traditional health education model. Self-care ability scale （ESCA） was used to assess self-care ability, self-care skills, self-re- sponsibility, self-concept, the level of health knowledge of the two groups. Result： Patients in interventional group after using the health belief model, the score of self-care ability, self-care skills, self-care responsibility, the level of health knowledge was signifi- cantly higher than that in control group. Conclusion ： Health belief model can significantly improve self-care ability of elderly patients with COPD.
