| 摘 要： | 目的：研究血清同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平与抑郁症的关系，以及治疗后血清Hcy水平的变化。方法：用荧光偏振免疫法分剐检测对照组（30例）的血清Hcy含量及患者组（30例）治疗前后的血清Hcy含量；患者组治疗前后的血清Hcy含量分别与对照组进行比较。结果：患者组治疗前血清Hcy含量为（17．94±8．56）μmol／L明显高于对照组（10．09±4．13）μmol／L（P〈0．05）。患者组治疗后血清Hcy含量为（11．19±5．81）μmol／L与对照组比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论：本研究显示升高的血清Hcy水平与抑郁症有密切关系。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the association between serum concentrations of Hcy and depression before and after antidepressire treatment. Methods： Serum level of Hcy was measured by fluorescence polarization immunoassay and compared in 30 normal controls （control group） and 30 depressive patients （patient group）. Result： There was significantly higher level serum concentrations of Hcy in patient group （17.94 ±8.56 μmol/L） than in the control group （10.09 ±4. 13μmol/L） （P〈0.05）. There was no difference between them after treatment （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions： It suggests that higher level serum concentrations of Hcy may be associated with depression. |
