脑梗死患者血浆D-二聚体变化的临床研究

目的:探讨脑梗死患者血浆D-二聚体含量及临床意义。方法:采用透光免疫浊度法分别测定66例脑梗死患者住院次日、第7d、第14d、第21d和46例健康人血浆中D-二聚体的含量及对比观察。结果:脑梗死组血浆D-二聚体与正常对照组比较差异显著(P<0.01),D-二聚体在轻、中、重型组之间差异具有显著性(P<0.01);脑梗死患者血浆D-二聚体含量在不同时段均差异明显(P<0.01),在治疗过程中D-二聚体的含量有增高趋势,于14 d达最高值,而后逐渐下降。结论:提示血浆D-二聚体含量变化对脑梗死的诊断、病情预测具有一定的临床意义。

The Clinical Research of The Change of Plasma D-Dimer of Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To investigate the contents and clinical significance of Plasma D-Dimer of cerebral infarction.Methods:The levels of plama D-Dimer of 46 healthy person and 66 cerebral infarction patients in hospital were examined after 2,7,14,21days respectively.Results:The difference of plasma D-Dimer infarction group and control group has significance (P<0.01).The difference of plasma D-Dimer among slight,mderate and severe group has significance(P<0.01).At different times,the difference of plasma D-Dimer cerebral infarction has significance(P<0.01);The contents of D-Dimer has the tendency of increasing during the period of treatment,and reach the highest value at 14~(th)day,and decrease gradually.Conclusion:The change of the contents of plasma D-Dimer has clinical significance to the diagnosis and prognosis of cerebral infarction.
