HuR和HIF-1α在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及意义

目的 探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌（IDC）中HuR和HIF-1 α蛋白的表达及意义.方法 采用免疫组化（PV-8000二步法）检测52例乳腺IDC组织标本和15例正常对照乳腺组织标本中HuR、HIF-1α蛋白的表达情况.结果 HuR和HIF-1 α蛋白在乳腺IDC组织中阳性表达率均明显高于正常对照乳腺组织（均P＜0.01）;两者表达均与乳腺IDC的临床分期和组织学分级有关（均P＜0.05）,而与年龄、肿瘤大小无关（均P＞0.05）;HIF-1 α蛋白在有、无淋巴结转移组中表达有统计学差异（P＜0.05）,而HuR蛋白表达无统计学差异（P ＞0.05）;HuR和HIF-1 α蛋白表达呈正相关（P＜0.05）.结论 乳腺IDC中HuR和HIF-1 α蛋白表达均增高,并与临床分期和组织学分级相关.

Expression of HuR and HIF-1α in infiltrating ductal carcinoma of breast and its clinical significance

Objective To investigate the expression of HuR and HIF-1α proteins in infiltrating ductal carcinoma of breast （IDC） and its clinical significance. Methods The expressions of HuR and HIF-1α in 52 cases of IDC and 15 samples of normal breast tissue were detected by immunohistochemical（PV-8000 method）. Results The expressions of HuR and HIF-1α proteins in IDC tissues were both significantly higher than those in normal breast tissue （both P〈0.05）. The expressions of HuR and HIF-1α proteins in IDC tissues were correlated with the clinical stage and histological grade （both P〈0.05）; while not correlated with age and tumor size （both P 〉0.05）. The lymph node metastasis was correlated with HIF-1α expression （P〈0.05）, but not with HuR expression （P 〉0.05）. HuR expression was positively correlated with HIF-1α expression in IDC （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The expression of HuR and HIF-1α proteins are increased in IDC, and the expression is correlated with clinical stage and histo- logical grade of the cancer.
