载药壳聚糖膜在诱导牙周组织再生中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨载入奥硝唑的壳聚糖膜对牙周炎患牙的牙周组织再生的临床疗效。方法选取慢性牙周炎患者65例(76颗患牙)。其中采用载药壳聚糖膜治疗33例(38颗患牙,观察组),采用常规奥硝唑药膜治疗32例(38颗患牙,对照组)。记录并比较两组患者在牙周基础治疗后的第0、2、4、6、8、12、24、48周的龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙周探诊深度(PD)、牙周附着水平(AL)。结果载药壳聚糖膜组患牙的SBI、PD、AL在牙周基础治疗后的第2、4、6、8、12、24、48周均较治疗后第0周明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患牙的SBI、PD、AL在牙周基础治疗后的第2、4、6、8、12、24、48周均显著下降,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论载药壳聚糖膜诱导牙周组织再生的临床疗效强于奥硝唑药膜。

Efficacy of ornidazole-loaded chitosan membrane in treatment of chronic periodontitis

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the efficacy of ornidazole-loaded chitosan membrane in treatment of chronic peri-odontitis. Methods Sixty five patients with chronic periodontitis (76 teeth) were randomly assigned to be treated with ornida-zole- loaded chitosan membrane (observation group: 33 patients with 38 teeth) or conventional ornidazole membrane (control group:32 patients with 38 teeth). Sulcus bleeding index (SBI), probing depth (PD), periodontal attachment level (AL) were mea-sured at 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24 and 48weeks of treatment in both groups. The dental films were reviewed and compared at 0 and 48th week of treatment between two groups. Results The SBI, PD, AL of the teeth in observation group were significantly im-proved at 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24 and 48 weeks of treatment compared to those before treatment (P〈0.05). The SBI, PD, AL of the teeth in observation group were also significantly lower than those in control group at al time points after treatment (P〈0.05). Conclu-sion Drug- loaded chitosan membrane is more effective than conventional ornidazole membrane in treatment of chronic peri-odontitis.
