摘    要:目的研究桂林地区尿石成分及分布特征.方法采用红外光谱定性定量方法对桂林地区348例尿石进行化学成分分析,并结合临床资料进行对比研究.结果发病年龄以轻壮年为主,上尿路结石占大多数(88.51%),上、下尿路结石之比为7.7:1.下尿路结石常见于老年男性患者,女性及儿童少见.含钙尿结石87.36%,含草酸钙结石84.48%,纯草酸钙结石39.37%,尿酸结石11.78%,混合性结石以草酸钙和磷酸钙结石最常见(33.91%).男性及老年尿石尿酸含量相对较高,复杂性肾结石及女性磷酸钙和碳酸钙含量相对较高,城市和农村尿石成分无明显差异.结论尿石成分分析对尿石症的病因探讨和防治可提供重要线索.

Abstract:Objective To study the chemical composition of urinary stone in Guilin region. Methods The chemical composition of urinary stones from 348 cases was determined by means of an inflated spectroscopic method using the postassium bromide pellet technigue. Results The positive rate of calcium urinary stone was 87.36% ,and calium oxatate was the most common component of pure as well as mixed stone. The positive rate of calium oxalete was 84.48%. Calium oxatete and phosphate was main component of complex renal stone. Conclusions The study of the chemical composition of urinary stones is important in understanding the etiology and prevention of urinary stone.
