显微支撑喉镜下射频治疗早期声门癌及癌前病变

摘    要:目的探讨应用显微支撑喉镜下射频治疗早期声门癌及喉癌前病变的疗效。方法采用Storz支撑喉镜及器械和Ze iss显微镜,对11例早期声门癌及10例喉癌前病变患者行显微支撑喉镜下射频治疗。结果术后随访6个月至5年,11例早期喉癌患者术后均无复发,其中1例患者术后4个月见前连合区粘连,局部有新生物突出,再次手术病理报告为鳞状上皮乳头状瘤样增生;1例喉黏膜白斑患者术后8个月复发而再次手术。21例患者术后发音质量均较清晰。结论显微支撑喉镜下射频治疗早期声门癌及癌前病变疗效确切,并可最大限度保留喉部结构及发音功能,值得临床中提倡应用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of radiofrequency under self-retaining laryngoscope and microscope for early glottic cancer and laryngeal precancerous lesions.Methods Radiofrequency operations under Storz self-retaining laryngoscope and Zeiss microscope were performed on 11 patients with early glottic cancer and 10 patents with laryngeal precancerous lesions.Results Follow-up for 6 months to 5 years,21 patients got clear voice after operation.There was no recurrence in all cases of early glottic cancer.One case of precancerous lesions was locally recurred at 8 months after operation and received the radiofrequency again.Conclusion It is effective and micro-traumatic to treat early glottic cancer and laryngeal precancerous lesions with radiofrequency under self-retaining laryngoscope and microscope.It can rhold the structures and vocal function of larynx as possible as we can.
