肾病综合征患者心理状况调查分析

目的调查分析肾病综合征患者的心理状况，为临床心理干预，提高患者的依从性提供参考依据。方法采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）调查300例肾病综合征患者心理状况，与国内常模比较，并进行不同性别、年龄和经济收入患者的SAS和SDS总分值比较。结果肾病综合征患者的焦虑总分和抑郁总分均高于国内常模，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；不同性别、年龄和经济收入患者的SAS和SDS总分值比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），女性患者焦虑抑郁程度高于男性；随着年龄增大，焦虑抑郁程度减轻；月收入越高的患者，其焦虑抑郁程度越轻。结论肾病综合征患者存在不同程度的心理问题，对于存在消极情绪的患者应采取必要的干预性措施，提高治疗依从性，促进患者康复。

Study of Anxiety and Depression on the 300 Patients with Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective To investigate the incidence of anxiety and depression situation of the patients with nephrotic syndrome and provide a basis for the clinical psychological intervention. Methods Data of 300 patients with nephrotic syndrome from self rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale were analyzed,and compared the total scores of two scales in sex,age and income. Results Scores ofanxiety and depression of the patients with nephrotic syndrome were both higher than normal people and significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） from normal people in China. The scores of anxiety and depression were significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） from the patients with nephrotic syndrome with different sex, age and income. Conclusion We have to pay attention to the psychological problem of the patients with nephrotic syndrome and take necessary interventions to the patients with negative emotions,for improving the health status and reduce the unnecessary waste of medical resources.
