就诊者及陪诊者的急救常识和服务状况调查

目的 通过对就诊者和陪诊者的急救常识和服务状况调查，探讨如何对公众进行急救知识普及教育，提高急救能力。方法 采取问卷调查方式对急诊门诊就诊和陪诊者进行调查。结果 被调查者文化程度越高，越偏向选择电视、网络等媒体作为主要的获取急救常识；文化程度越高，年龄越小，越多通过媒体获取急救电话号码；年龄越大，文凭越高，对急救知识的需求越明显；调查表明民众自救自护知识十分缺乏。结论 针对不同人群特点，应充分利用电视、网络和广播等媒体开展多种手段大规模宣传急救知识和必要的急救技术培训，提高急救能力，并在青少年中培养健康观念。加强急救体系建设，提高急救质量。

Investigation of the first aid knowledge and emergency service in the emergency visits

Objectives To investigate the character of the first aid knowledge and emergency treatment service in our hospital emergency visits.Methods There were 1 208 emergency visits were investigated by questionnaires.Results The information gathered showed that media such as TVs,Internet and broadcast was the first source which people acquired emergency medicine knowledge,then medical staff,book and other resources.Visits with good education mainly depended on media than those with poor education.Also,the younger and people with high diploma acquired emergency service by media.In the groups of elder and people with good education,the demand of acquiring emergency knowledge were more evident than other groups.The first aid knowledge and ability were very scarce in most of visits.Conclusion According different people, it is necessary to propagandize the first aid knowledge and basic technique to people by TVs,Internet and broadcast,specially cultivate healthy intention in the younger.Enforcing emergency resource and effective management would improve the level of the emergency treatment service.
