摘    要:目的探讨超声检测在精确放疗定位中对肝肿瘤呼吸移动度的临床应用价值。方法对37个拟行精确放疗的原发或转移性肝癌患者用超声检测肝肿瘤移动度,并与模拟机实测结果进行比较。结果超声检测肝肿瘤移动度上下径、左右径、前后径分别为(15.37±6.97)mm、(9.67±4.33)mm、(2.58±3.37)mm,模拟机实测结果分别为(14.86±7.45)mm、(9.35±4.99)mm、(2.32±3.80)mm,两者比较差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论超声检测肝肿瘤呼吸移动度与实测结果相符,可作为肝肿瘤精确放疗时检测肝肿瘤移动度的方法之一。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound in breathing degree of excursion in intrahepatic tumors for radiotherapy. Methods The breathing degree of excursion of 37 cases with intrahepatic tumor was detected by ultrasound,and the result was compared with simulation. Results The height,width,length of breathing degree of excursion in intrahepatie tumors was ( 15.37 ±6.97) mm, (9.67 ±4.33 )mm and(2.58 ±3.37)mm.The measured results were(14.86 ±7.45)mm,(9.35 ±4.99)mm and(2.32 ±3.80)mm by simulator.The liver breathing movement by ultrasound had no significant difference with the model (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion The correlatability between ultrasound and simulationin breathing degree of excursion in intrahepatie tumors is good. Ultrasound detection is very important means in location of intrahepatie tmnors for radiotherapy.
