广西南宁市常年性变应性鼻炎常见变应原分析

目的探讨广西南宁地区常年性变应性鼻炎(PAR)的常见变应原,为PAR的防治提供临床依据。方法采用北京协和医院提供的24种常见变应原试剂对302例PAR患者进行皮肤过敏原试验。结果302例PAR中,300例对2种及以上变应原呈阳性反应,2例对单一变应原呈阳性反应。最常见的吸入性变应原是尘螨(91.06%),其次是屋尘(85.43%)、多价昆虫(78.15%)、夏秋花粉(69.88%)、春季花粉(62.91%)及桑蚕丝(62.58%);最常见的食物变应原是海虾(82.78%),其次是海鱼(80.13%)、大豆(41.06%)、牛奶(36.75%)等。结论粉尘螨、屋尘螨、海虾、海鱼及多价昆虫是南宁市PAR最常见的变应原。

Common allergens analysis in patients with perennial allergic rhinitis in Nanning

Objective To explqre the common allergens which were prevalent in patients with perennial allergic rhinitis(PAR) in Nanning Guangxi,providing clinical data for the prevention and treatment of PAR.Methods 302 cases of PAR underwent a intracutancous test using 8 foods and 16 inhalant allergens provided by Peking Union Medical College Hospital.Results Of the 302 there were 300 patients(99.34%) tested positive to at least two of the twenty-five allergens.In all the patients tested,the most prevalent of inhalant allergen was Dermatophagoides farinae(91.06%),followed by house dust mites(85.43%),insects(78.15%),summer-autumn pollens(69.88%),spring pollens(62.91%),mulberry silk(62.58%),and the most prevalence of food sensitization was prawn(82.78%),followed by sea-fish(80.13%),soybean(41.06%),cow's(36.75%).Conclusion The study shows that the D.farinae,house dust mites,prawn,sea-fish and insects are five major allergens of PAR in Nanning region.
