摘    要:目的:为了探讨肝癌瘤苗激活的肿瘤浸润性淋巴细胞(TIL)对原发性肝癌(PHC)患者血清可溶性白介素-2受体(sIL-2R)的影响及意义,方法:使用冷冻方法制成肝癌瘤苗,用于激活TIL。对22例原发性肝癌患者使用经肝癌瘤苗激活的TIL治疗,并应用双抗体夹心ELISEA法检测治疗前后sIL-2R水平变化以及与对照组相比较,结果:用经肝癌瘤苗激活的TIL治疗者,其血清sIL-2R水平下降幅度最大。用未经

Abstract:Objective:The effects and significance of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes(TIL) stimulated by liver cancer vaccines on the levels of serum soluble interleukin2 receptor(sIL2R) of primary hepatocarcinoma(PHC) patients were studied.Method:The liver cancer vaccines were made by cryodestorying method.The TIL was stimulated by liver cancer vaccines.Twentytwo patients with PHC were treated with TIL stimulated by liver cancer vaccines.The levels of serum sIL2R were assayed with doubleantibldyscandwich ELISA method before and after treatment,and compared with control groupsResult:It is the biggest that the descent amplitude of the serum sIL2R of patients treated with TIL stimulated by liver cancer vaccines,and it is smaller that of patients treated with TIL not stimulated by liver cancer vaccines,and it is the smallest that of patients not treated with TILConclusion:The results indicated that the TIL stimulated by liver cancer vaccines can relieve the immunodepression of patients with PHC quicklyThe cause may
