| 摘 要： | 目的：了解恶性肿瘤合并血栓性疾病的临床和实验室特点。方法：对33例恶性肿瘤合并血栓性疾病患者的临床特点及化疗前血常规、凝血功能等进行回顾性分析。结果：血栓组病例占同期发病的6.1%,且以深部静脉血栓形成（VTE）为主。血栓性疾病可能是恶性肿瘤的首发表现,以血栓事件起病的恶性肿瘤中44.4%已发生远处转移。恶性肿瘤血栓组1年及1年半生存时间较非血栓组短（P〈0.05）。血栓组和非血栓组相比,抗肿瘤治疗前血小板、白细胞、凝血酶原时间（PT）及D-D（DD）水平存在显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论：伴有血小板、白细胞和DD升高的恶性肿瘤患者,更易发生血栓事件,预后差,应早期发现并干预治疗,延长患者生存时间,提高生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective: To understand the clinical and laboratory features of malignant tumor with thrombosis.Methods: Clinical features,blood routine,blood clotting function of 33 in-patients who were diagnosed malignant tumor with thrombosis were retrospectively reviewed.Results: Among these 33 patients,occupied 6.1% of the total,VTE was the most popular one.Thrombosis could be first clinical feature of malignant tumor,44.4% of which had metastasis.The survival time of one year and one year and a half in malignant tum... |
