双泛素和中期因子在结直肠癌中的表达及临床意义

摘    要:目的:探讨双泛素(FAT10)、中期因子(MK)在结直肠癌中的表达,分析与临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测36例结直肠癌及癌旁组织中FAT10和MK的表达,并观察二者与临床病理特征的关系。结幂:FAT10在77.8%的结直肠癌中表达,仅在16.7%的癌旁组织中表达(P〈0.005);MK在80.6%的结直肠癌中表达,仅在11.1%的癌旁组织中表达(P〈0.005);FAT10和MK的表达与Dukes’分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移呈正相关(P〈0.005),而与患者年龄、性别、病理分型、组织分级、肿瘤大小及位置无关(P〉0.05);FAT10与MK呈正相关(P〈0.005)。结论:FAT10和MK在结直肠癌组织中的表达较癌旁组织呈显著性高表达,协同作用了癌的发展过程,可作为结直肠癌预后评估的选择指标。

Abstract:Objective: To study the expression and clinical significance of FAT10 and midkine (MK) in colorectal cancer(CRC) and analyse the clinical pathology relationship. Methods: The expression of FAT10 and MK were detected by immunohistochemistry in 36 cases of human CRC and paracancerous tissue and the relationships between clinial pathology and them was observed. Results: Positive expression of FAT10 was detected in 77.8% CRC and in 16.7% of paracancerous tissue(P〈0.005); Positive expression of MK was detected in 80.6% CRC and in 11.1% of paracancerous tissue (P〈0.005);The expression of FAT10 and MK were correlated with Dukes' stage,invasion depth and metastastic lymph nodes (P〈0.005) and had no association with age,sex, differentiation,Broders grades,tumor size and location (P〉0.05);FAT10 had positive correlation with MK (P〈0.005). Conclusion: The level of FAT10 and MK in tissue of colorectal carcinomas are obviously higer than those of paracancerous tissue group, and FAT10 cooperates with MK to invovle development of CRC and they may be used as indexes in evaluation of prognosis.
