| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨生存素在胃癌组织中的表达及与临床病理资料的关系。方法:采用荧光实时定量PCR(real time quantitative PCR)方法和免疫组织化学S-P法分别在mRNA转录水平和蛋白水平检测30例胃癌组织及远癌切端正常组织中生存素的表达。结果:本组30例标本,胃癌组织中生存素在mRNA转录水平和蛋白水平的表达均显著高于远癌切端正常组织。而生存素在mRNA转录水平和蛋白水平的表达与胃癌的分化程度、浸润深度、TNM分期及有无淋巴结转移无显著相关性。结论:提示生存素的过度表达是胃癌形成的早期事件,而在恶性胃癌的进展过程中可能不起主要作用,也说明胃癌的形成是个多因素参与的过程。生存素可作为胃癌早期诊断的特异性指标之一。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the expression of survivin in gastric carcinoma and correlation between their expressions and various clinicopathological parameters. Methods: In this study, immunohistochemistry and real time quantitative PCR were used to detect survivin expression in 30 cases of samples. Results: Survivin expression in tumor on mRNA and protein levels were both significantly higher than those in noncancerous gastric tissue. And there was no correlation between survivin expression in tumor on mRNA and protein levels and TNM stage, differentiation in gastric carcinoma, depth of invasion , as well as lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: The results indicate that increased survivin expressions begin in the early stages of gastric carcinogenesis. And it appear to be new effective and sensitive markers to diagnose gastric cancer in early stage. |
