摘    要:目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中脱嘌呤/脱嘧啶核酸内切酶1(APE1/ref-1)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达特点及其与预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组化法检测78例NSCLC组织中APE1、VEGF的表达情况,血管内皮特异标记物CD34标记并计数肿瘤微血管密度(MVD),分析APE1、VEGF与MVD之间的关系,并结合患者的临床病理特征进行生存分析。结果:APE1、VEGF在NSCLC中的高表达率分别为78.2%和64.1%。APE1表达与吸烟、淋巴结转移密切相关,VEGF表达则与肿瘤大小、分化程度和淋巴结转移密切相关,MVD值与肿瘤大小和淋巴结转移密切相关(P〈0.05)。APE1表达与VEGF表达及MVD计数分别呈正相关(P〈0.05)。APE1、VEGF表达与患者生存期密切相关(P〈0.01)。多因素分析显示,APE1表达是影响NSCLC患者生存率的独立危险因素。结论:NSCLC组织中APE1表达与VEGF表达存在相关性,APE1过表达可能促进肿瘤血管生成,并与NSCLC患者的预后相关。
