| 摘 要： | ①目的 探讨不扩髓带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折的效果。②方法 采用胫骨不扩髓带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折46例。③结果 41例获1年以上随访，全部愈合，以Johner等评分标准，优33例，良8例。5例失随访。④结论 不扩髓带锁髓内钉是治疗胫骨骨折的理想方法之一。

THE EFFECT OF UNREAMED INTERLOCKING INTRAMEDULLARY NAILS IN TREATING TIBIAL FRACTURES |

| Abstract: | Objective\ To study the effect of unreamed interlocking intramedullary nails in treating tibial fractures. Methods\ Forty six cases with tibial fractures treated with unreamed intramedullary interlocking nail were reviewed. \ Results Forty one patients were followed up for more than one year and evaluated according to the criteria of Johner, 33 were assessed as excellent and eight as good. Five patients failed to follow up. \ Conclusion\ An unreamed interlocking intramedullary nail technique is an ideal way for fractures of tibia. |
