| 摘 要： | ①目的 探讨甲状腺癌颈淋巴结囊性转移的声像图特征。②方法 应用彩色多普勒超声检查5例甲状腺癌颈淋巴结囊性转移病人(8个病灶)，观察其声像图特征及血供特点。③结果 甲状腺癌颈淋巴结囊性转移具有特征性超声表现，包括颈侧部囊性肿物，伴囊壁实性结节，较大囊壁结节内可探及动脉血供，部分壁结节可显示微钙化。④结论 高频超声对甲状腺癌颈淋巴结囊性转移的诊断和鉴别诊断具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective\ To investigaate the ultrasonograph ic characteristics of cystic lymph node metastasis from thyroid carcinoma.\ Methods\ Cystic lymph node metastasis from thyroid carcinoma was e xamined in five patients (eight lesions) by color Doppler ultrasound. The ultras onographic characteristics and features of their blood supply were observed. \ Results\ Ultrasonographic findings of cystic lymph node metastasis from thyroid carcinoma often showed lateral cervical cysts, solid nodules of th e cystic wall, artery blood in bigger nodules, minute calcification in some nodu les of the cystic wall. \ Conclusion\ High frequency ultrasonography is of great value in th e diagnosis and differentiation of cystic lymph node metastasis from thyroid car cinoma. |
