环氧氯丙烷染毒大鼠肾上腺中儿茶酚胺含量的变化

摘    要:应用反相离子对高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定了大鼠环氧氯丙烷(EPI)染毒后肾上腺中儿茶酚胺:肾上腺素和去甲肾上腺素的含量变化,并观察了肾上腺重量的变化。随着EPI染毒剂量的增加,肾上腺中去甲肾上腺素含量变化不明显。肾上腺素在低剂量组增加,高剂量组与对照组比无明显增加。肾上腺重量则随EPI染毒剂量增加而明显增加。结果提示EPI染毒可致肾上腺增生肥大,使肾上腺素总的合成和分泌增加,并有一定的耗竭现象。

Abstract:Changes in the content of catecholoimines adrenaline (A), morepinephrine (NA)] in the adrenal glands of ats after they were injected with epichlorohydrin (EPI), weredetermined by HPLC, and changes in the weight of drenal lands were observed. Noapparent changes in the levels of NA were seen. The levels of A were raised in the low-dose roup, but no apparent changes were found in the high-dose guoup. The weightsof adrenal glands were increased with he increase of the dose of EPI. The results showthat EPI may cause the proliferation and swelling of the adrenal lands and thus resultin increased conposition and secretion of the adrenaline.
