| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清IL-18水平及其编码基因-137G/C-、607C/A多态性与过敏性哮喘的相关性。方法提取受试者白细胞DNA,采用等位基因特异性引物PCR检测37例过敏性哮喘病人(哮喘组)和52例对照组IL-18基因多态性;酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测两组血清IL-18含量。结果哮喘组IL-18基因-137G/C-、607C/A基因型频率和等位基因频率与对照组比较差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。哮喘组血清IL-18水平明显低于对照组,差异有显著性(t=27.751,P<0.001)。哮喘组不同基因型间血清IL-18水平比较差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论过敏性哮喘病人血清IL-18水平表达降低,提示过敏性哮喘的发生可能与血清IL-18水平低下有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the correlation of serum IL-18 and polymorphisms of its coding genes-137G/C,-607C/A with allergic asthma. Methods The DNA of white blood cells was extracted from the subjects.The polymorphism of the IL-18 gene in 37 asthmatic patients and 52 healthy controls were detected by allele-specific primers PCR(pcr-ssp).The level of serum IL-18 was measured by ELISA.
