家兔急性高眼压后视网膜G-6-Pase,磷酸化酶及ACP组织化学研究

摘    要:采用光镜酶组织化学和电镜细胞化学方法,对家兔急性高眼压后视网膜内与糖代谢及分解代谢有关的葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶(G-6-Pase)、磷酸化酶和酸性磷酸酶(ACP)进行了研究。结果显示:高眼压后7~15d磷酸化酶活性明显下降(P<0.05),ACP活性明显增强,色素上皮(RPE)溶酶体内容物有释放现象。提示急性高眼压后存在糖原代谢障碍;ACP参与了视网膜损伤过程。

Abstract:The enzymes with relation to metabolism in the retinae of rabbits after acute ocluar hypertension were investigated by means of quantitative histochemistry and electron microscopic histocytochemistry.The result showed that the phosphorylase activity of a hypertensional retina became lower and ACP activity became higher in 7 to 15 days(P<0.05).In addition,the ACP was released from lysosomes of RPE,It can be concluded that there exists a metabolic obstruction of glucogen and that ACP may play an important role in the retinal damage after acute ocular hypertension.
