纤维结合蛋白在流行性出血热病人中的变化

采用单向免疫扩散法测定104例流行性出血热患者血浆纤维结合蛋白。结果表明,患者血浆纤维结合蛋白水平自发热期开始降低,低血压休克期和少尿期降至最低点,多尿期高于正常水平,恢复早期达最高峰,发病60病日恢复正常。中、重型患者降低较显著;重型患者恢复正常水平所需时间较其它两型为长。

DETERMINATION OF PLASMA FIBRONECTIN IN PATIENTS WITH EPIDEMIC HEMORRHAGIC FEVER

The plasma fibronectin (FN) concentration in 104 patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) was determined by radioimmuno-dif- fusion. The result showed that plasma FN level dropped down in the febrile stage and got to the lowest point in the hypotensive and uro- penia stages,and then rapidly rose in the polyuria stage, reaching its peak in the early convalescent stage. From then on it fell gradually and came to normal on the 60th day. It was also found that plasma FN level off the moderate and the severe types in the febrile stage dropped more apparently than that of the mild type,and that the pla- sma FN level of the severe type came to normal the latest.
