| 摘 要： | ①目的 探讨培养面向21世纪的复合型，实用型医学影像人才的基本思路。②方法 调查泰山医学院医学影像技术专业1990、1998、2002年课程设置结构和师资配备、学生培养状况。③结果 医学影像人才层次结构不够合理；师资队伍需不断加强；培养模式和课程设置需进一步改革；缺乏合理，系统的质量评价体系。④结论 课程结构改革意义重大。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the basic thinking of developing medical radiologists to meet the needs of 21st century. Methods\ The situation of the course structure of the specialized subject, the teachers, and students trained in 1990, 1998 and 2002 were investigated.\ Results\ The structure of the levels of qualified radiologists was not rational. The teaching personnel should be enhanced continuously. The pattern of training and structure of the subject needed to be improved. Lack of rational and scientific system for quality appraisal was noted. Conclusion A reform of course structure is of great significance. |
