| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨CD44v6和PTEN蛋白表达与结直肠癌浸润和转移的关系.方法 应用免疫组织化学技术,检测90例结直肠癌、20例结直肠腺瘤和20例正常结直肠黏膜组织中的CD44v6和PTEN蛋白表达.结果 90例结直肠癌组织中CD44v6和PTEN蛋白阳性表达率分别为75.6%和46.7%.结直肠癌组织中CD44v6表达阳性率显著高于结直肠腺瘤和正常结直肠黏膜组织(χ2=27.60、35.22,P＜0.05),而PTEN表达阳性率显著低于结直肠腺瘤和正常结直肠黏膜组织(χ2=16.08,P＜0.05).CD44v6和PTEN表达与结直肠癌的浆膜浸润、淋巴结转移和肝脏转移相关(χ2=4.59～13.60,P＜0.05).结直肠癌组织中CD44v6与PTEN表达呈负相关(χ2=14.46,P＜0.05).结论 CD44v6和PTEN表达与结直肠癌浸润转移密切相关,检测CD44v6和PTEN蛋白表达可作为判断结直肠癌预后的客观指标.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the the expressions of CD44v6 and PTEN in colorectal carcinoma and their correlation with the infiltration and metastasis of the disease. Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expressions of CD44v6 and PTEN in 90 cases of colorectal carcinoma,20 of colorectal adenoma and 20 of normal colorectal mucosa.
