心力衰竭病人自我管理量表的开发研究

目的 编制适用于我国心力衰竭病人的自我管理量表，并进行信度和效度检验。方法 采用查阅中外相关文献、病人访谈以及专家评定等方法设计心力衰竭病人自我管理量表。并采用随机抽样法选取160例慢性心力衰竭病人，对其进行临床调查，考察量表的信度和效度。结果 量表总体Cronbach’s α系数为0.939，重测信度系数为0.878，内容效度指数（CVI）为0.975，各维度与总体相关系数为0.571-0.854,各维度之间相关系数为0.203-0.502；因子分析，以特征值〉1提取出5个公因子，累计贡献率为61.751%。结论 本量表具有较好的信度和效度，既可作为测评心力衰竭病人自我管理能力的工具之一，也可为病人采取针对性的健康教育措施提供依据。

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF SELF-MANAGEMENT RATING SCALES FOR PATIENTS WITH HEART FAILURE

Objective To make a self-management rating scale for patients with heart failure applying to our country, and test its reliability and validity. Methods Referring to Chinese and foreign literature, patients’ interview, and experts’ assessment, a self-management scale for heart failure patients was designed. Using random sampling method, 160 cases of heart failure were selected for clinical investigation to inspect the reliability and validity of the rating scale. Results The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient for the total scale was 0.939, the test-retest correlation coefficient was 0.878; the content validity index was 0.975; the correlation coefficient between each dimension and total questionnaire were 0.571-0.854, the correlation coefficient among the dimensions were 0.203-0.502; factor analysis, using characteristic value of 〉1 to extract 5 common factors, the cumulative contribution rate was 61.751%. Conclusion The scale designed has a good reliability and validity, it can be used not only as one of the tools to test the ability of self-management in patients with heart failure, but also provide reference for targeting health education measures.
