冠状动脉造影评价静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗塞100例临床分析

目的:冠状动脉造影评价静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗塞的疗效及安全性。方法 我院自1994年3月至1997年6月对100例急性心肌梗塞(AMI)病人应用国产尿激酶(UK)和德国链激酶(SK)静脉溶栓治疗,以冠状动脉造影结果评价其疗效及安全性。结果:UK和SK血管再通率分别为60.8％及63％,五周死亡率分别为8.6％及7.4％,严重出血并发症l.85％及2.17％,均无统计学意义。加大UK剂量至200万U,并不增加血管再通率反而增加出血并发症。结论 临床观察证明UK和SK用于静脉溶栓治疗AMI是安全有效的。两者均能明显降低AMI的死亡率,来自溶栓治疗的严重并发症也是罕见的。

A Clinical Study of 100 Patients of Acute Myocardial Infarction Using Intravenous

Objective: A Clinical Study of 100 Patients of Acute Myocardial Infarction Using Intravenous Throm-bolytic Therapy Through Coronary Angiography. Methods: We analysed angiographic results of 100 patients with AMI who were received urokinase or streptokinase for thrombolysis from March 1994 through June 1997. Results: The time from onset of symptoms to thrombolytic therapy was within 12 hours. Coronary angiography was performed within 2 hours from thrombolytic therapy and reopening rule of infarct - related artery are in group UK and SK respectivery 60.8% and 63%( >0.05) .The mortality within five weeks are 8.6% and7.4% in group UK and SK respectively ( >0.05). The intracranial hemorrhage are 1.85% and 2.17% in group UK and SK respectively (> 0.05) .In group UK, increased UK to200 u, the rates of reperfusion aren't increased, forever, increased bleeding tendency. Conclusion:It was suggest that UK and SK are safe and effective on intravenous thrombolytic therapy in AMI.
