急性脑梗死患者N末端脑钠肽前体及D二聚体检测的临床意义

目的 为探讨急性脑梗死（ACI）患者血浆中N末端脑钠肽前体（NT-proBNP）、D二聚体（D-D）水平在诊断治疗中的临床意义.方法 采用罗氏全自动化学发光分析仪（E170）及日本SysmexCS2000 i全自动血凝仪对150例健康者和130例ACI患者的血浆NT-proBNP及D-D分别进行检测,并进行比较.结果 ACI患者血浆NT-proBNP及D-D浓度分别为474.59±113.54 pg/ml、0.73±0.22 mg/L,明显高于对照组的168.23±17.55 pg/ml、0.25±0.05 mg/1,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 血浆NT-proBNP及D-D检测对ACI患者的诊断、治疗及预防具有重要的临床意义.

Clinical Significance of N-terminal pro-Brain Natriuretic Peptide （NT-proBNP） and D-dimer in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To investigate the acute cerebral infarction （ACI）patients plasma N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide （NT-proBNP）,D-dimer （D-D） level and its clinical significance in the diagnosis and treatment.Methods The Roche automatic chemiluminescence analyzer （E170）and the Japan SysmexCS2000 i automatic blood coagulation analyzer was used to determine the plasma NT-proBNP and D-D in 150 cases healthy persons and 130 cases patients with ACI re.spectively,and compare.Results ACI patients plasma NT-proBNP and D-D concentrations respectively were 474.59 ± 113.54 pg/ml,0.73 ±0.22 mg/L,significantly higher than that in control group168.23 ± 17.55 pg/ml,0.25 ±0.05 mg/l.the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion Detection the plasma NT-proBNP and D-D has important clinical significance in diagnosis、treatment and prevention of patients with ACI.
