脑梗塞患者诊断中红细胞及血小板参数变化的应用价值

目的探讨脑梗塞患者诊断中红细胞及血小板参数变化的临床应用价值。方法选取我院收治的86例脑梗塞患者入组研究组,另外抽选同期50例体检健康者入组对照组,采集两组静脉血2 ml,并对血样进行检测,统计并对比两组红细胞及血小板参数差异。结果 RBC:研究组中急性期、恢复期与对照组比较差异无显著性(P0.05);MCV:研究组中急性期、恢复期与对照组比较差异有显著性(P0.01);RDW:研究组中急性期、恢复期与对照组比较差异无显著性(P0.05);PLT:研究组中急性期、恢复期与对照组比较差异有显著性(P0.01);MPV:研究组中急性期、恢复期与对照组比较差异有显著性(P0.01);PDW:研究组中急性期、恢复期与对照组比较差异有显著性(P0.01)。结论检测红细胞及血小板参数变化对脑梗塞患者的诊断有一定的临床意义。

The Value of red Blood cell and Platelet Parameters in the Diagnosis of Cerebral Infarction

Objective To investigate the clinical value of red blood cell and platelet parameters in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction .Methods In our hospital 86 cases of cerebral infarction were enrolled in the study group also selected the same period 50 cases of healthy persons in the control group , the two groups collected 2 ml venous blood ,and to detect the blood samples ,and statistical differences in parameters between two groups of red blood cells and blood platelets .Results RBC of acute phase and recovery phase group and control group had no significant difference ( P >0.05 );MCV:there was a study of acute period , recovery period group compared with the control group ( P<0.01);RDW:a study of acute period ,recovery period group compared with the control group no significant difference ( P>0.05 );PLT:there was a study of acute period , recovery period group compared with the control group ( P<0.01 );MPV:there was a study of acute period , recovery period group compared with the control group ( P<0.01 );PDW:significant research acute period , recovery period group compared with the control group ( P<0.01 ) .Conclusion The detection of RBC and platelet parameters has certain clinical significance in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction patients .
