电针颈夹脊、腰夹脊为主穴治疗颅鸣62例临床观察

目的：评价以颈夹脊、腰夹脊为主穴的穴组对颅鸣症状的治疗作用及临床疗效。方法：将62例颅鸣患者随机分为2组：电针组31例、前列地尔组31例。电针组采用电针颈夹脊、腰夹脊，头部阿是穴，配合风池、安眠穴治疗，30min／次，隔日1次，4周为1个疗程；西药组注射用前列地尔，2ml：10μg入壶，加250ml氯化钠注射液，1次／d，静脉滴注，7d为1个疗程。采用颅鸣分级评分、彩色经颅多普勒（TCD）检查进行疗效评估及对比。结果：治疗后2组患者颅鸣症状均有改善，电针组治疗总有效率为90．32％，西药组为77．42％。治疗后采用颅鸣分级评分、TCD检查评估，结果有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。2组间比较结果显示电针组疗效优于西药组，评分差异具统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：选用颈夹脊，腰夹脊加头针为主穴的电针治疗能明显改善颅鸣患者症状，疗效明显优于西药组。

Clinical study of electroacupuncture on cervical Jiaji,lumber Jiaji points for tinnitus cranii therapy

Objective：To study the clinical effect and specificity of electroacupuncture （EA）on cervical Jiaji, lumber Jiaji points and scalp points for tinnitus cranii therapy.Methods：A total 62 patients with tinnitus cranii were randomly divided into an EA treatment group and an Alprostadil treatment group in 31 cases.The general score in tinnitus cranii and transcranial Doppler （TCD）were observed before and after anti-tinnitus cranii treatments.Results：The effects of treatment were significantly improved for both EA group and Alprostadil group （P〈O.O5）.Moreover,compared with Alprostadil treatment group,the general scores of EA group showed significant improvement in TCD analyses （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：EA treatment on cervical Jiaji,lumber Jiaji points and Scalp Points can achieve better beneficial changes in tinnitus cranii symptoms.
