477例患者血液透析中留置中心静脉导管的临床分析

目的：总结留置中心静脉导管的经验，探讨如何防治中心静脉留置导管的并发症。方法：分析１９９２年７月！￣１９９８年７月我院血液净化中心对４７７例肾功能不全患，留置中心静脉导管共５６６例次。

ANALYSIS OF CENTRAL VENOUS CATHETER IN 477 CASES UNDERGOING HEMODIALYSIS

Objective:To review the complications of central venous catheter(CVT) with its management.Methods:A retrospetive study was performed in 566 CVT procedures during the last six years,which include 281 internal jugular catheterizations,213 subclavian catheterizations and 72 femoral venous catheterizations.Results:The common complications included infection in 53(9 36%),catheter inadequate flow in 29(5 12%),catheter obstruction in 23(4 06%),catheter inadvertent withdrawal 18(3 18%),local hematoma in 15(2 65%),arterial puncture in 13(2 29%),bleeding in 12(2 12%) and deep venous thrombosis in 11(1 94%).The mortality occurred in one case(0 21%).The CVT was kept for 4 hour to 7 month.Conclusion:Hemodialysis with CVT is convenient and its complications can be controlled.
