| 摘 要： | 我们对120例临床标本血清中 ASP 和 CRP 进行了比较。结果表明,检测人血清CRP 和 ASP 的符合率为85.85%。而且微量比色法检测 ASP 具有简单、敏感、快速和价廉的优点。据此我们认为用检测血清 ASP 的方法代替血清 CRP 的检测是可行的。

| Abstract: | In order to evaluate the usefulness of detecting serum ASP in lieu of detecting of serum CRP, we have carried out a comparison between the determinations of acid soluble protein and C-reactive protein in 120 sera of various clinical patients. In this study we have demonstrated that the coincidence rate between CRP and ASP in human sera was 85.3%.It was found that microcolorimetry for detection of ASP had the advantages of being simple,sensi- tive,rapid,and less expensive. It was considered that determination of ASP in sera instead of detecting CRP in sera is possible. |
