| 摘 要： | 观察长生降压液对自发性高血压大鼠的血压、血浆去甲肾上腺素(NE)、心脏重量指数和红细胞膜渗透脆性的影响。高血压大鼠分为对照组和服药组,WKY大鼠组为血压正常组。结果表明:对照组的血压继续升高(25.7kPa),与起始值(22.4 kPa)相比有显著统计学差异(p<0.05);而服药组大鼠的血压只在起始值(22.8 kPa)上下波动,心脏重量指数(4.44 mg/g)也明显低于对照组(4.68 mg/g)。此外,WKY组血浆NE水平(1.63pmol/ml)和红细胞膜渗透脆性(0.06)明显低于对照组(p<0.05)),而服药组与对照组相比仅有降低的趋向。结果提示长生降压液有阻止自发性高血压大鼠血压继续升高的作用;该药还有改善左室心肌肥厚的作用

| Abstract: | The spontaneous hypertensive rats were divided into longevity-antihypertensive-mixture (LAM) group and control group,the third group was WKY rat group. The results indicated that blood pressure of control group increased significantly during the experiment period. However,the blood pressure of LAM group fluctuated at baseline value. Compared with control group,the cardiac weight index in LAM group was markedly lower, but the level of plasma NE and osmotic fragility of erythrocyte membrane only had a lowering tendency in LAM group and those were markedly lower in WKY group. The results suggested that LAM was effective in interrupting continuous increase of blood pressure in spontaneous hypertensive rat and could reduce the hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy. |
