| 摘 要： | １９８７～１９９１年对４０例过敏性多发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉并哮喘患者，采用经鼻腔翼管神经电灼术，同时行鼻息肉、鼻内筛窦切除和中鼻道开窗术。术后４ａ随访３２例，哮喘、鼻息肉、鼻部症状消失者１０例；哮喘明显缓解、鼻症状和鼻息肉完全消失者１６例；哮喘无效、鼻症状显效、少量鼻息肉复发不影响呼吸者６例。治疗哮喘有效率８１．３％；鼻症状有效率１００％；鼻息肉有效率８１．２５％。认为该手术对治疗本病是一种新的有效的方法。

| Abstract: | From July,1987 to July ,1991 ,40
patients of polysinusitis,nasal polyps andasthma were subjected to
transnasal polypectomy ,ethmoidectomy and middle
meatalantrostomy.Among them,32 cases were followed up for more than 1
year.The resultswere as following:10 cases were completely cured;16
improved patients;6 showed no im-provement in asthma and regrowth of
little nasal polyps,yet the nasal symptoms were ob-viously
relieved.The effective rate of asthma was 81.3%,thot of nasal symptom
100%that of and polyp 81.3%,It indicated thatthe operation is an
effective managment to treatthis kind of disease. |
