| 摘 要： | 目的 寻找一种简单有效、成功率高的宫外孕 (异位妊娠 )保守性药物治疗方法。方法 3 0例患者(对照组 )采用米非司酮 2 5mg,每日 2次 ,口服 ,连用 5d,首次加倍。 3 0例患者 (观察组)加用氨甲喋呤 (MTX) 2 0mg,每日 1次 ,肌肉注射 ,连用 5d。对两组治疗结果进行比较。结果 对照组成功率 73 .3 3 % ,观察组成功率 96.67% ,明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 米非司酮联合应用MTX治疗宫外孕 ,成功率高 ,副作用小 ,可做为临床宫外孕保守治疗的首选方案

| Abstract: | Objective To search a simple, effective and high successful rate by conservative medicine treatment method in extraurine pregnancy. Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups. Mafecraspone with 25mg,b.i.d,p.o,lasts 5 days in the control group,which for the first time double medicine.The other, mafecraspone combined with MTX 20mg,q.d,i.m, lasts 5 days in the group. Results The successful rate (96.67%) of group was obviously higher than that in control group (73.33%)(P<0.01). Conclusion Mafecraspone combined with MTX were used in curing extraurine pregnancy with higher successful rate and little side-effect. So it will be used as the first choice in clinical extraurine pregnancy by conservative medicine treatment method. |
