| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨改良起重机式固定架在治疗股骨转子部特殊型骨折的疗效。方法 应用改良起重机式固定架治疗股骨转子部特殊型骨折134例，并对其疗效进行观察。结果 本组134例，疗效显示优102例，良19例，优良率90．3％。结论该外固定架结构简单，使用方便，固定牢靠，具有良好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective In order to study the clinical therapeutic effect of application of modified crane like external fixator for the treatment of special intertrochanteric fractures. Methods 134 cases with special intertrochanteric fractures were treated with application of modified crane like external fixator,the therapeutic effect was observed and analyzed. Results The results showed that 102 cases were excellent,19 cases were good,90.3% cases acquired good functional recovery. Conclusion This external fixator is an effective therapy for special intertrochanteric fractures because of its simplicity, convenient operation and firm fixation. |
